Prior to his appointment as an Administrator level-13 at Laem Chabang Port, Mr. Tienchai Makthiengtrong worked in Laem Chabang Port as a Chief of Research and Development Section and a Director of Planning Division respectively. With expertise in port management and planning, he received a scholarship offered by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) for a Master degree in Port Management at World Maritime University, Sweden in 2002. He has more than 20 years experience in maritime industry and port management. He is also presently overseeing and involving in many projects of Laem Chabang Port, which aim to enhance port efficiency and contribute significantly to the organization.
