Mr. Cheng specializes in planning and design of ports and marine terminals. With his practical experience, he is commissioned to involve in and take responsibility for several projects and construction works in Taiwanese Ports.
Currently, the projects in progress include the construction of Cruise Service Center, the 7th Kaohsiung container terminal and the waterfront developments of Pen Lai commercial port area in Kaohsiung Port
